She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, David Johnson, Gary Johnson (Trudi Witonsky), Gregg Johnson (Suellen), Deborah Johnson (Terry Rauch), Dianne Radcliffe (Jack) and Amy Johnson; her grandsons, Oliver Radcliffe (Kaitlin), Maxwell Radcliffe (Courtney) and Benjamin Radcliffe; her great grandchildren, Lucas Radcliffe and Jordan Radcliffe; her sisters, Ruth Flanagan and Joan Root; and her caregivers, Dr. Amy Groff, Teri, Dennis Gapp and Beth Martinez.
