He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Louis Smith and Agnes Smith (Demuth); and his siblings, Peter J. Smith and Peggy Fallon. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Thomas Fallon (Christy), Maureen Keen (William), Susan Fallon and Katherine Fenski (Matthew); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jane Smith and Thomas Fallon (Barbara).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ the King Church in McFarland and the Alzheimer's Association.
