He is survived by: his wife Mary Simmons (Larsen); his children, Roy Simmons IV (Megan) and Jenelle Powers (Jordan); his grandchildren, Lily, Roy V Simmons, Carson, Hudson, Henry and Grant Powers; his brother Pat Simmons; and his sister-in-law Emily Larsen.
