She was predeceased by: her father John Lewison; and her brother Jamie. She is survived by: her mother Mary Beth Lewison (Jordan); her husband Perry; her sons, Aaron (Sophia Hlavac) and Evan; her siblings, Andrea Lewison (Al Wilimovsky), John Lewison (Beth Palacios) and Johanna Young (Tom); and her siblings' children, Mary, Cameron and Ryan Young. She is also survived by many extended family members as well a myriad of friends.
