Though Jacob may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jacob touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Gwen Hagemann, Alfred and Dorothy Worzella. He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Worzella and Christine Hagemann (Mark); his daughter Phoenix; his close friends, Erica Wieland and Crystal; and his siblings, Valerie, Emma and Max Worzella. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ritchay Funeral Home (1950 12th St S, Wisconsin Rapids, WI 54494). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the same location.
