We are sad to announce that, on May 23, 2024, at the age of 79, Barbara E. Oakley of Menasha, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Spellman and Daisy Spellman (Phillips). She is survived by: her husband John Oakley; her daughter Sandy Boyer (Michael) of Appleton; her grandchildren, Sindy Oakley (Anna Gallagher) of Green Bay, Amanda Brandt (Eric) of Green Bay and Jonathan Boyer (Briauna Bonilla) of Oshkosh; her great grandchildren, Evelyn, Nora, Dagney Brandt, Otto Brandt and Reid Boyer; and her pet Cooper.

Memorial donations may be made to The Neenah Community Band or Congregational United Church of Christ Neenah-Menasha.
