She is survived by: her fiancé Charles "Chuck" Yauch Jr.; her children, Douglas Purdy (Amanda Trudell) and Addyson; her mother Jane Lewandowski; her siblings, John Lewandowski (Linda Parker), Greg Lewandowski and Kim Maciejewski (Mark); her aunts and uncles, Judy Jacobson, Bonnie Funseth, Mary Townsend (Gary), Bonnie Fisch, Merty Heindel (Jerry), Peggy DeCoster, Jackie Reardon (Mike), Debbie Lewandowski, Dan Jacobson (Joann), Rick Jacobson (Sue) and Scott Lewandowski; and her friends, Alma, Mel and Vickie. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
