He was predeceased by: his father Daniel Peters; his grandparents, Leighton Sr., Mildred Trice, Pete and Ethel Peters; and his uncle Butchie.
He is survived by: his mother Patti Peters (Trice); his daughter Cholie; and his siblings, Lisa Noe (Dave) and Heath Peters (Michelle Toney). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other extended family.
