She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Fritsch and Marcella Fritsch of Menasha; her siblings, Daniel J. Fritsch, Gary P. Fritsch, Pamela A. Fritsch and Anthony Fritsch; and her husband Daniel W. Blake.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry and Jason Geise; and her siblings, Charles Fritsch (Elly) and Patricia Provenzano-Montag. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces.
