She was predeceased by: her parents, William Roever and Malinda Roever; her husband Rudy Meyer; and her siblings, Margaret Westphal and Donald Roever.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Meyer (Lisa), Scott Meyer (Morelia) and Wendy Miller (Todd); her grandchildren, Melanie Meyer, Amy Flinn (Bruce), Luisa Meyer (Steve Anderson), Alex Miller and Scott Meyer Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Flinn, Cassie Flinn and Maxwell Anderson.
Dixie was the neighborhood contact for several charities and would go door-to-door to raise money for the American Cancer Society, the American Heart Association, and the March of Dimes.
