Elizabeth Sokel Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Sokel (Menasha, Wisconsin), who passed away on November 19, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Stilp (Bisely) and Willard Stilp; her in-law Richard Sokel (Mary); her siblings, James, John (Jack) and Helen; her niece Jenny; her grandson Noah; her in-law Maureen Sokel (Corky); and her siblings-in-law, Barbara Fitzpatrick and Lowell Leitzke (Buzz).

She is survived by: her granddaughter Morgan; her friend Karen Ziegert; her husband Corry Sokel Sr.; her children, Corry Sokel (Heather), Angela Olson, Beki Grygny (Cole) and Sarah Scheidell (Vinson); her sister Sharon Stilp; her in-laws, Tim Sokel (Judy) and Harry Sokel (Annie); her grandchildren, Emily, Grace, Nina, Alexander, Isaiah, Ryff, Harper, Arco and Zoey; and her great grandchild Elijah. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
