He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Audrey. He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Phil Noie (Alicia) and Kim Ploederl (Brock); his grandchildren, Alyssa Noie and Carson Adrian; his siblings, Sheri Doering (Marv), Cindy Steffl (Tom) and George Noie; and his siblings' children, Aericka, Chris, Brian, Jordan and Jason. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

A memorial fund will be established.
