She is survived by: her parents, Sheila Smith and Michael Smith (Julie); her brother Trevor Smith (Hope Rozelle-Smith); and her grandmother Shyla Smith. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
