She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Pingel and Laura Pingel; her boyfriend Frederick Kopitzke; her son-in-law Jeffrey Knuijt; her grandchildren, Julie Knuijt, Nathan Sylvander and Bruce Smith; her brother Randolph; her sisters-in-law, Carol Pingel and Karen Pingel; and her former husband Roy Hintz.
She is survived by: her husband Frederick Kopitske; her children, Valerie Hintz, Denise Konrad (Roger), Dennis Hintz (Sue), Michael Hintz (Bonnie), Daniel Hintz (Theresa) and Rachelle Smith (Tim); her grandchildren, Carrie, Jason, Amy, Jonathon, Stephen, Benjamin, Kayla and Brandon; and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Isaiah, Emily, Abby, Liliana and Dean.
