She was predeceased by : her parents, Roger Anvelink and Gwendolyn Anvelink; and her brother Mark Anvelink. She is survived by : her husband Paul Hanson; and her siblings, Valeria Boehnlein, Cheryl Breitrick (Dennis), Karen Kossel (Jim), Brenda Williams (John) and Craig Anvelink (Barb). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Westgor Funeral Home - Menasha (1140 Appleton Rd, Menasha, WI 54952). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 30th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established for the American Cancer Society.
