We announce the death of Neil E. Cartwright of Menasha, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 18, 2026, at the age of 73. Neil will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cartwight and Betty Cartwright (Mcintosh); and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his sons, Kelly Cartwright and Scott Cartwright; his siblings, Lisa Young (Jeff) and David Cartwright (Paula Westfal); his former wife Pamela Kubale; and his stepdaughter Jennifer Dash (Jeremy). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
