He was predeceased by: his parents, John Karisny and Margaret Karisny (Brehm); his wife Mary; and his brothers, Don and Jim.
He is survived by: his son Michael (Shannon); his grandchildren, Jacquelyn (Christian), Ethan, Avery (Dan), Cassidy (Kasi) and Zander (Emily); his daughter Jennifer McGinnis (Mark); his grandchildren, Patrick, Margaret and Preston; his siblings, Paul and Dorothi; and his great grandchildren, Bentley, Scotlyn, Kinsley and James. He is also survived by two children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
