He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Riesterer and Eleanore Riesterer Jr. (Otradovic); his brothers, Dustin Dickenson and Jeff Riesterer; and his mother-in-law Sis Laurin.
He is survived by: his wife Kelly Riesterer; his son Robert "Robbie" Riesterer IV; his siblings, Mike "Chiefy" (Mary), Lynn, Mick (Sandy) and Sue; his father-in-law Dale Laurin Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Dale Jr. "Bunky" Laurin (Sharon) and Kerry Laurin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
