He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Vitek and Mary Vitek (Pikl); his wife Barbara Vitek (Davis); his siblings, George Vitek, Mary Vitek and Eileen Vitek; and his siblings-in-law, Victor Davis and Carol Davis.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Joyce Vitek of King, Jim Davis (Sue) of Delavan, Daryl Davis (Rainy) of Oshkosh and Claire Davis of Omro. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
