Vernon A. Johann Obituary

We announce the death of Vernon A. Johann (Menasha, Wisconsin), who passed away on August 26, 2026, at the age of 99. Vernon will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Johann and Gretchen Johann (Merget); his son Mike; his siblings, Orville, Alden and Jeanette; and his daughter-in-law Jenny Johann.

He is survived by: his wife Marlene Pottner; his children, Dave Johann, Bob Johann, Amy Sedo and Steve Johann; and his grandson Rutger Sedo.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Parish in Menasha in Vernon's name.
