He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Jr. Case and Shirley Case (Griffin); and his brothers, Stuart and Mark. He is survived by: his wife Miranda Kerkhof; his children, Jason, Tim (S. O. Sadiqa), Jeremy, Steven (Aleesa) and Kristyn (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Alexis, Ashley, Corbin, Autumn, Londyn, Liam, Liliana, Amber, Sophia and Danielle; and his siblings, Howard III, Daryl Ann and Derek. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other extended relatives, and dear friends.
