He was predeceased by: his parents, Helmer Hoffman and Aurelia Hoffman (Krause) of Menasha; his daughter Charlene St (Tim); and his siblings, James Hoffman and Lenore Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly A. Showers; his children, John Hoffman (Barbara) of Sherwood, Bill Hoffman (Ann) of Athelstane, Karla Berken (Joe) of Cape Coral, FL and Karen Mai (Larry) of Menasha; and his grandchildren, Andrea Richards, Brittney Braun, Kirsta Hoffman, Ryan Hoffman, Melanie Mack, Renee Davis, Matthew Roerdink, Terri Damato, Jesse St. John, James St. John, Jodi Owens, Christopher St. John and Ben St. John.
