He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Julius and LaVergne Julius (Handler); his brother Jack Julius; and his in-laws, Robert and Catherine Zelinski.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Julius (Zelinski); his sons, Bill Julius Jr. (Kristin) of Middleton, WI and Brian Julius (Jenny) of Menasha; his grandchildren, Connor Julius of Charlotte, NC, Erin Julius, Brendan Julius of Middleton, WI and Jay Julius of Menasha, WI.; his siblings, Judy Brett, Bob Julius (Pat) and Mary Joas (Wayne); and his sister-in-law Lois Zelinski-Henkel.
