Hofmann (Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 5, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Reichhart and Hedwig Reichhart; and her siblings, John Reichhart (Marge) and Mary Christensen (Dale). She is survived by : her husband Edward; her children, Kim Monacelli (Bob), Mary Alice Morgan (John), Edward C. Hofmann (Lori) and Carolynn Saris (George); her grandchildren, Anthony (Ryan), Leah (Albert), Joshua, Tylor, Kayla (Cody), Shannon, Zachery and Olivia; her great grandchildren, Nolan, Logan, Ruby, Keegan and Claire; and her sister Rosemary Maren (Ken). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Due to COVID-19 Stay-at-Home order a private family burial will be held.
