Daphne A. Zajc Obituary

Daphne Zajc (nee Hengen) passed away peacefully on June 23, 2023 at the age of 91. Preceded in death by her husband of 68 years Norbert Zajc. Mother of sons Bill Zajc (Mary) and Steve Zajc (Lisa) and preceded in death by Michael Zajc. Grandmother of Thomas Zajc, Kevin Zajc, Jacob Zajc and Erin Zajc. Daphne was well known as first the school nurse and later the receptionist for over 25 years at Hillside Elementary School in Brookfield. Norb and Daphne were avid boaters for over 50 years and were members at South Shore Yacht Club for well over 30 years. Daphne developed into a fantastic cook and had many recipes loved by family and friends.
