Passed away on July 12, 2025 at the age of 88.

Beloved husband of Mary (nee Wick) for 66 years. Loving father of Cheryl (Dan) Baxter. Caring grandpa of Ryan (Crystal Schmidt) Baxter, Nicole (Luke) Ziobro, Kelsy Baxter, William (Kelly) Culp, & Alyssa Culp. Great grandpa of Ethan, Owen, Nora, and Raegen. Brother of Cecile "Chee-Chee" Zemski. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Fred is preceded in death by his parents, siblings, and his daughter Christy Culp.

A special thanks to Froedtert Menomonee Falls – Cancer Center for all their care and help.

Per Freds wishes, there will be no services.
