He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony V. P. and Marian Andreshak; and his brother Thomas Andreshak. He is survived by: his sister Diane Worth; his daughters, Christine Andreshak and Elizabeth Disch (Douglas); and his grandchildren, Connor, Kyle Disch, Shelley Herwig and Samantha Waldon (John). He is also survived by four great-grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.
