Jeanne A. Schwartz (nee Radtke). Of Germantown. Born to eternal life on April 12, 2022 at the age of 95 years old. Beloved wife of the late Joseph. Loving mother of John and the late Jim. Proud grandma of Michelle, Tonia, Paul, Christine and Joe. Jeanne will be dearly missed by many great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Further survived by her sister Laurel, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation Friday, April 22, 2022 at GRACE EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, W196 N9525 Cross View Way in Menomonee Falls from 10:00AM until time of the Funeral Service at 11:00AM. Final Resting Place is at Pinelawn Memorial Park. In Lieu of flowers, memorials to Grace Lutheran Church are appreciated.
