He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Gotthardt and Madeline Gotthardt; his wife Mary Jane; and his siblings, Rose Mary and Joseph.
He is survived by: his son Michael John Gotthardt (Paula); his grandchildren, Isaac and Joanna Gotthardt; and his sisters, Margie and Madeline. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their children.
