Nancy Moberg Foss Obituary
Nancy Moberg Foss, of Menomonee Falls and formerly of Wauwatosa, passed on peacefully, June 16, 2025, aged 92 years. She will be dearly missed by her children, Candice (Armen) and Jeffrey (Donna); grandchildren, Gregory and Eliot, Ashley and Bradley; great-grandchildren, Bella and Leo; brother and sister-in-law, Ted and Pat; nieces, Pati and Debbie, and nephew, T.J. (Rita); and many friends.
A graduate of Nathan Hale High School in West Allis, Nancy attended Milwaukee Downer College. Work at Rex Chainbelt led to her meeting her husband, Douglas, who predeceased her after 65 years of marriage. She and Doug built their dream house in Wauwatosa, moving in on Halloween 1965. They enjoyed 54 years there, often hosting family gatherings and entertaining friends, including her high school "club".
Nancy was a very active member of First Church of Christ, Scientist, Wauwatosa, serving in many capacities over the years, including Sunday School teacher, Board member, and Second Reader.
A memorial service for both Nancy and Douglas will be held on Saturday, August 2nd, at 2pm, at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Chapel of the Flowers, 13235 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield. In lieu of flowers, donations to Save The Children (savethechildren.org) or the Swedish American Historical Society of Wisconsin (sahswi.org) appreciated.
