She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Ternes and Eugene Ternes; and her stepmother Rosemary Ternes. She is survived by: her husband Michael Sargent; her children, Sandra (Scott Fossen) of Germantown and Nicholas (Jessica) of Eagan; her siblings, Jeff Ternes (Yvonne) of Wauwatosa, Jennifer Simons (Craig) of Crystal Lake, John, Tom Kuech (Dee) of Madison and Amy Martin (Tim Duket) of Cape Cod, Mass.; and her grandchildren, Max and Emerson Sargent of Eagan, Minn.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and their children.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Elmbrook Humane Society, which brought her together with her cat, Gracie.
