Passed away peacefully on December 31, 2021. Age 68 years. Loving husband of Laura (nee Dowdle). Beloved father of Adam (the late Tara) Havlik, Heather (Mark) Palm, Jennifer (Darren) Becker, and Anthony (Tori) Dowdle. Proud grandpa of Patrick, Rebecca, Evan, and Kyle. Dear brother of Monica (Paul) Smith, the late Greg Havlik, the late Chris Havlik, and the late Toni Gootee. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life possibly will be held at a later date.
