Peter M. Hunstiger Obituary

Peter M. Hunstiger, lost his battle with Parkinson's Disease Dementia on November 6, 2023, surrounded by loved ones.

Married the love of his life, Joanne Taylor April 15, 1972. He was a loving father of Michael (Julie), Christa (David), Kimberly (Tony) and Daniel. He cherished his grandchildren Brady, Brittany, Blake, Alexis, (Lauren), Trevor, Emma, Abigail (fiancé Trystian), Nathan, Derrick and great grandson River.

Peter was the oldest of 7 children. Preceded in death by: parents George and Rosemary, siblings Mark, Stephan Hunstiger and daughter in law Rebecca Hunstiger.

He proudly served in the Vietnam War and shared his love for serving his country with others.

Peter was a retired electrician from Case Foundry. His hobbies included electronics, "tinkering" with anything he could take a part, outdoors and anything Science Fiction.
