She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Frank; her children, Michael (Margaret), Mary Spiegel (late David), Thomas (Terry), Paul (Lori), Donald (Joan), Karen Pier (Brian), William (Jolene), James (Kari), Todd (Shannon) and Patrice Zenk (James); and her siblings, John Quinn (late Mary), Betty Johnson (Eugene) and Leonard Quinn (Kay). She was also cherished by 33 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials in Rita's name may be made to St Vincent DePaul Society of Milwaukee.
