Ronald D. Cron Obituary

Passed away peacefully on October 25, 2025. Age 78 years. Marilyn's loving husband of 48 years. The proud dad of Bryan and Jessica (Brian) Esselman. He was also the proud "Papa" of Hattie and Leo Esselman. Further survived by nieces, other family members, and many friends.

Visitation for Ron will be held on Friday November 7 at the Schmidt & Bartelt Funeral Home in Menomonee Falls from 10 AM until the time of the Memorial Service at 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the USO (United Service Organizations) or St. Killian's Catholic School in Hartford, WI are appreciated.

Ron was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He was a very successful baseball player in high school and college. Ron worked for Miller Brewing Co. for over 30 years. He loved spending time with his family, going out to eat, wine, and gardening. He was the most devoted husband, Dad and Papa, which were the roles he loved most.

There currently is road construction going on in front of the Funeral Home. You can enter the parking lot off of Menomonee Ave. coming westbound but not eastbound. There are two other entrances that you can use also. One is off of Town Hall Rd. on the west side or Shady Lane on the east side.
