She spent her formative years attending Arpin schools and making lifelong friends. As the youngest girl in a family of 9 kids she always was busy. Upon graduating she moved to the Menomonee Falls, WI area for work. While serving as the Maid of Honor in a friend's wedding she met William A. Loser Sr. The two fell in love and married soon after. Their 55-year romance would see them moving all over the state, and would produce 4 children; Victoria (Todd) Reinke, Jennifer Loser, William A. (Jessica) Loser Jr., and Jason Loser.

Rosie worked many jobs in her life, but she found her true calling when she joined the S.H.A.R.E. organization as a Host Site Developer. Her work would take her all over the state, and positively impact hundreds of families for the better, and forming friendships that would last the rest of her life. Upon retiring Rosie and Bill moved off their hobby farm in Jackson to a condo in West Bend, where they spent the rest of their lives making friends, and doting on Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.

Rosie's grandchildren were the light of her life.
