Stefanie A. Plaman Obituary
Stefanie Ann Plaman (Turner), affectionately known as Stef, passed away unexpectedly on May 5, 2024. She was born on June 30, 1980, in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Stefanie was only 43 years old and all those who loved her are deeply saddened by the loss.
Stefanie is survived by her husband of 13 years, Justin Plaman, her step-daughter, Hope (Mike) Wardin, as well as her parents, Kevin and Diane Turner. Forever remembered by her loving siblings Kristin (Matt) Witkowski, John Turner, Amy (Pete) Vincent, Jason (Theresa) Plaman, Sara (Jamie) Morin, and Jesse Plaman. She was a very present and loved Aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Stefanie grew up in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. She played the violin and graduated with honors. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater.
Stef was passionate about her career as a medical social worker. She had a big heart for her elderly patients and was extremely fond of everyone she worked with.
Stefanie was a beautiful person inside and out. She was always smiling and laughing. She adored her dogs and deeply loved her friends and family. Stef enjoyed music concerts and Brewers games. She was an avid reader and loved to travel. Stefanie was one of the kindest people; always an ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on. She was dependable, compassionate, and understanding.
Stefanie was truly one of a kind. She impacted the lives of so many people and will be immensely missed.
In lieu of flowers, Stefanie had requested that money be donated to her nieces and nephews. Even in her absence she is taking care of those she loved.
A Celebration of Stefanie's life will be held at a later date and more information will come soon.
