Terry L. Estes Obituary
Terry Lee Estes, age 81, of Menomonee Falls, passed peacefully into eternal rest, surrounded with love and held closely by his family, on Wednesday, October 7, 2026. True to the way he lived his life, he surprised everyone with his timing—seemingly patient and then suddenly ready to go.
Terry's intellectual curiosity and innate determination earned him success on every path he walked—from a degree in chemical engineering, to service as an officer in the U.S. Army, to a long and meaningful career in sales. But his greatest achievements were in his other titles: Devoted son and brother. Loving husband. Proud father. Doting grandfather.
Terry is survived by the love of his life, Marcia, his adoring children Carrie Kons (Mark) and Shelley, and his grandchildren, Will, Drew, Nora and Evie. He is additionally survived by his siblings, Bob, Dick (Sharon) and Vickie Bridges (John), as well as many nieces and nephews. He was reunited in Heaven with his parents Lloyd and Helen.
Visitation will take place Friday, October 16 from 10-11 a.m. at Schmidt & Bartelt in Menomonee Falls. Service to immediately follow at funeral home. Private family burial will occur on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations to the Parkinson's Foundation or Kathy Hospice.
