Theresa M. Joers Obituary

Joers, Theresa "Teri" (nee Jessen) Entered into Eternal Life on June 24, 2022 at the age of 76. She has been reunited with her parents and longtime companion Kenneth. Loving mom of Megann Joers-Schnickel (Chris Wenzlaff) and Jason Joers. Proud grandma of Christian and Cayden Schnickel. Sister of Robert (Mary) Jessen, Larry (Kathy) Jessen, Edward (Sue) Jessen and Rick (Susan) Jessen. Further survived by her son-in-law Matt Schnickel, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Teri was a first grade teacher in the Sussex-Hamilton district for over 30 years. She touched the lives of many children and families. She loved baseball, and was lifelong Milwaukee Brewers fan.

The family would like to thank the staff and friends at Grace Commons for being present in Teri's life.

Memorials in Teri's name to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
