He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Kelly Brown and Patrick Horn (Lisa); his granddaughters, Elizabeth, Valerie and Katie; and his siblings, Martin Horn and Margaret Cannestra (Mike). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
