Tracy J. Weiser Obituary
Tracy Jo Weiser of Menomonee Falls followed her yellow brick road home to Heaven after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She was 64.
Born on November 26, 1961, Tracy was the beloved daughter of Kenneth Weiser and Karen (nee Swenson) Weiser. She was a loving sister to Wayne (Diana) Weiser, a beloved aunt to Conrad Weiser and her many bonus nieces and nephews, and a great-aunt to the grandchildren who loved and adored her.
Tracy earned her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point before continuing her education and earning her master's degree from Cardinal Stritch University. She dedicated her career to teaching kindergarten at the Milwaukee Public Schools Academy of Accelerated Learning, where she absolutely adored her students—her "little people," as she affectionately called them.
Tracy's interests and adventures extended far beyond the classroom. She loved volunteering, enjoying a good movie, play, or musical, and, more recently, discovering the joy of knitting. She was an adventurous traveler who enjoyed visiting warm destinations and, most importantly, traveling to spend time with relatives and friends throughout the country.
Tracy also had a special gift for telling stories. She could turn an ordinary experience into something memorable, and many of her favorite stories involved what she called a "God Moment.". She recognized God's hand in the people she met, the places she went, and the experiences she shared with others.
Tracy's generous heart, kind spirit, infectious personality, and love for people will be remembered and cherished by everyone fortunate enough to have known her. She had a genuine love for others and a way of making people feel cared for and connected.
Tracy will be dearly missed by her brother, Wayne (Diana) Weiser; her nieces and nephews; her many bonus family members; countless friends and colleagues; and, most especially, the many "little people" whose lives she touched as their teacher.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Karen Weiser.
Tracy had Christ in her heart and was a beacon of light to those around her. Her faith was evident in the way she loved, served, encouraged, and cared for others. As we grieve her passing, we hold onto the hope she carried throughout her life—that death is not the end, but the beginning of eternal life with Christ.
May Tracy's memory bring comfort to all who loved her, and may the hope of Christ remind us that the final word belongs not to death, but to the promise of eternal life.
Godspeed, Tracy. Until we meet again.
