She was predeceased by: her significant other Leander Schmitt; and her parents, Andrew Schickert and Margaret Schickert. She is survived by: her sons, Don (Marie), David (Chris), Tony (Joan), Gerald, Ron and Darryl Schmitt (Susan); her grandchildren, Noelle (Andrew), Matthew, Jared (Kari), Taylor (Reese), Logan (Ben), Austin (Emily), Madison and Nathan; her great grandchildren, Ursula, Aurelia, Leander, Eleanor, Lucy, Camille, Claire and John-Luke; and her brother-in-law Joseph Schmitt. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM. A prayer was held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Schramka Funeral Home (W164 N9034 Water St, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Gabriel Catholic Church (1200 St Gabriel Way, Hubertus, WI 53033).
In Lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Gabriel Church would be appreciated.
