David R. Cook Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David R. Cook (Menomonie, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 27, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David R. Cook to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelle Reed Cook and Paul James Cook. He is survived by: his siblings, Don, Dorothy and Donna Jean; his former wife Ann Carol Treadway; his family Counselling; his wife Anne Frantz-Cook; his children, Carol Flannagan of Ann Arbor, Michigan, Susan Cook of La Crescent, Minnesota and Stephen Cook of London, England; and his stepchildren, Kathy Garrity of Westfield, Indiana, Valerie Frantz of Elyria, Ohio and Andrew Frantz of Mount Pleasant, Michigan. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the First Congregational United Church of Christ (420 Wilson Ave, Menomonie, WI 54751). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 28th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
