As Frank departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Frank may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Frank leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his wife Grace Mary (Flood) of Mary's Catholic Church; and his children, Sue Ann and Joseph. He is survived by: his children, Frank Rivas (Jan) of Norfolk, VA, Penny Schwab (Tom) of Chetek, WI, Tim Rivas (Suzanne) of Roanoke, IN and Michael Rivas of Knapp, WI; and his daughter-in-law Florina Rivas of Fort Wayne, IN.. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
