He is survived by: his parents, Michael Davis and Nancy Davis (Rasmussen) of Menomonie; his siblings, Jeremy (Amanda) and Jaime Petricek (Ron); and his nephews, Austin Petricek (Maddie), Arther Petricek and Aaron Petricek. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
