He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Olson and Helen Bergman Olson; his son Douglas; and his siblings, Stanley, Leonard and Norene Chase.
He is survived by: his wife Marvel Brookshaw; his son Greg of Strum; his grandchildren, Jeremiah Olson, Joshua Olson, Stacey (Kevin), Clements, Tatjana Michlig (Timothy), Ryan Olson (Kady) and Ciara Christianson (CJ); and his brother Floyd Olson of St. Paul, MN. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
