We are sad to announce that, on April 9, 2026, at the age of 94, Dorothy Rotter of Mequon, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Merton Rotter; her children, Lisa Levinson (Paul), Peter C. Rotter (Karen) and Leslie Feinberg (Jon); her grandchildren, Yehiel Levinson, Orly Avraham (Matan), Ma'ayan Levinson, Amit Grinson (Tal), Josh Rotter (Nicky Babcock), Talia Rose Foster (Leo), Jenni Ott (Jeff), Corrine Lang (Justin), Jeremy Rotter, Mitchell Pope, Matan Feinberg (Hadar), Vered Porat (Nir) and Itai Feinberg; her nephews, Joe, Bill, Mark and Daniel Kleiman; and her friend Minyan. She was also cherished by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorial gifts to the Merton and Dorothy Rotter Fund at the Milwaukee JCC, the Daniel Kleiman Pancreatic Cancer Fund at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, or Breakthrough T1D (formerly Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).
