It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Miller (Mequon, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 28, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Miller to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Neilitz and Ione Neilitz; her grandson Cole Miller; and her sisters, Janet Kaminski (Carl), Delores Waniger (Ed) and Carole Hastreiter (Roger).
She is survived by: her husband Mike; her sons, Todd, Troy (Nicole), Mark and Chad (Jenn); her siblings, Art Neilitz (Elaine), John Neilitz (Mary), Paul Neilitz (Ruth), Mary Henner (Mike) and Sherri Glandt (Bill); and her sister-in-law Jami Kain (Tom). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lumen Christi Catholic Church (2750 W Mequon Rd, Mequon, WI 53092). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Lumen Christi Catholic Church, PSP.org, or another charity close to your heart, in honor of Joan's giving spirit and lifelong commitment to helping others.
