She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Gerstein and Mildred Gerstein; her husband Seymour "Cy" Koltin; and her sisters, Beverly Kaiman (Ken) and Sharon Chortek (Bernie).
She is survived by: her children, Howard Koltin, Allan Koltin (Sharon) and Kathy Blumenfeld (Michael); her grandchildren, Zachary Blumenfeld (Carly), Joshua Blumenfeld (Zoe Sellman), Rebekah Blumenfeld, Jack Koltin (Avery), Brian Koltin and Julia Koltin; and her sister Arlene Rubin (Howard). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A funeral service was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at 2020 W Brown Deer Rd, River Hills, WI 53217. For information about Shiva, please contact the family.
