With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Alli Esther Mondroski of Mercer, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 22, 2025 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Finnish Immigrants Oscar Purola and Laimi Pikkumaki Purola; her son-in-law Fred Duensing; her stepson Chuck Mondroski (Janise); her stepson-in-law Jim Blake; and her siblings, Jack Purola, William Purola and Lillian Purola Buck (Raymond).
She is survived by: her children, Jean Duensing of Mercer, WI, Mona Mondroski of Madison, WI and Jack Mondroski of Cottage Grove, WI; her stepdaughter Judy Mondroski Blake; her grandchildren, Christopher, Celeste, Michael, Jennifer (Jim), Robert (Amber), Danica (John), Erik, Joel (Nicole) and Angela; and her great grandchildren, Menley, Mathew, Emily, Charlotte, Will, Alex of Daniel, AJ, Evan, Amber, Dylan, Kylie, Keane, Oskar and Carter.
Memorials may be made in Alli's name to the Mercer Public Library or the Seasons of Life Hospice House in Woodruff.
